Return Policy – HARBOU

Return Conditions

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The hijab is unwashed, unworn and unused

• The product is in its original condition

• All labels and packaging are intact

• The product has not been worn in a way that makes it unsuitable for hygienic resale

• Any gifts, accessories or promotional items included with the order must be returned in full and undamaged

We reserve the right to refuse returned items that do not meet these conditions.

Hygiene & Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, hijabs that:

• show visible signs of wear

• contain traces of makeup, perfume or other signs of use

cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

• Register your return within 14 days of receipt by logging into your customer portal and clicking “Request return”

• Once approved, you will receive the return instructions

• Return the product within 14 days of registration

Costs

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense

• HARBOU is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days via the original payment method.

Defective or incorrect item

Have you received a defective or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@atelier-harbou.com, including clear photos of the product. We will provide an appropriate solution.
