Terms & Conditions – HARBOU

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders, purchases and services offered through the HARBOU website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

HARBOU reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force at the time the order is placed.

2. Products

HARBOU sells hijabs exclusively.
All products are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or lighting and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

HARBOU accepts payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

HARBOU reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Orders & Confirmation

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
HARBOU reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping & Delivery

HARBOU aims to dispatch orders within the indicated delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

HARBOU is not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs procedures. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to the Return Policy of HARBOU, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Returned items must meet all stated return conditions. Incomplete or non-compliant returns may be refused or refunded partially.

7. Liability

HARBOU is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss or loss of profit resulting from the use of its products, except where mandatory law applies.

HARBOU’s liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product concerned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the HARBOU website, including but not limited to designs, texts, images, logos and product concepts, is the intellectual property of HARBOU.

Use, reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing via info@atelier-harbou.com within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue. HARBOU aims to respond within 5 working days.

10. Privacy

HARBOU processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
