Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Destinations
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and selected shipping method.
HARBOU currently ships to selected countries. Available destinations will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the destination:

International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number, where available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by HARBOU.
Lost or Delayed Packages
HARBOU is not responsible for delays, lost or misdirected shipments caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at info@atelier-harbou.com, and we will assist you where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. HARBOU cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address details are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@atelier-harbou.com, including clear photos of the package and product. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
